Our 30-day guarantee allows peace of mind for our clients, by showing that we take responsibility for all our work. During the 30-day period, we warrant all purchased material and workmanship against defects. If the service and solution we provided, within 30 days, failed to work as agreed upon in our proposal, NetCal will send an engineer to locate and fix the problem. This is done at a heightened responsiveness level and at NO COST to our clients.

Note: If we find that the problem was caused by client configuration changes (hardware and software), we will notify you that our time will be billable. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied.
