NetCal realizes that some services and solutions have to be tested over a period of a few weeks. Our 90-day guarantee eases the mind of our clients, by showing that we take responsibility for all our work. During the 90-day period, we warrant all purchased material and workmanship against defects. If the service and solution we provided, within 90 days, failed to work as agreed upon in our proposal, NetCal will send an engineer to locate and fix the problem. This is done at a heightened responsiveness level and at NO COST to our clients.

Note: If we find that the problem was caused by client configurations changes (hardware and software), we will notify you that our time will be billable. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied.
