RETAINER
Similar to your relationship with you doctor, we’ll be there when you need us. This retainer contract allows us to be familiar with your IT environment, while giving you the peace of mind that help is a call or email away. We’ll use the initial hours to setup our monitoring, document your environment, and provide recommendations. You’ll then have an entire year to use your hours, which allows for great flexibility.
